Who are we?
Peace of Mind Human Resources Services came into being to answer a growing demand for small-scale bespoke personnel functions. Three areas of need have been identified: Self-funding employers; Employees; and
those employers funded through Personalisation but wanting a second opinion. PoM are a group of HR professionals who work towards a smoother relationship experience.
